  Customer service is great in the store. I've had mixed results using the clinic. Both times I went in I couldn't just wait and be next in line. I needed to sign up for an appointment later in the day and come back. The nurse had a lot of trouble using the software in the exam room. It didn't leave me highly confident that my info was being entered correctly, the right tests were ordered, etc.

  Went in to the clinic and they weren’t open even tho it was within the hours that are posted. I asked a very nice sales associate and she said she should be open that they were there.
