  Medina is so blessed to have Medina Hardware and Rick in our backyard. Rick goes above and beyond the call of duty. When we first moved here over 20 years ago, Rick took the time to saw off 4 metal curtain rods to use in our living room. Another time, my father-in-law and I visited Medina Hardware for parts for a ceramic Christmas tree that didn't lite. Another time, I was fixing the washing machine and Medina Hardware provided what I needed, but realized I needed another part, called Medina Hardware and Rick brought it to our home on New Year's Eve! We recently embarked on changing cartridges in our sinks and again, Rick was there to walk us through. Even giving us his home number if we ran into a problem. Thanks Medina Hardware! You stand out as an excellent hardware store, carrying everything and the customer service is truly remarkable. It can't be beat!

  Has regular and special items big box stores don't have at a price that's was lower than I found online. Great knowledgeable support staff too. Also like I'm supporting local community.

  I searched for a bamboo rake for months at a dozen hardware stores before I finally found one at Medina Hardware. It should have been my first stop - they always have that hard to find item. Prices are reasonable, too.
