  I came in looking to purchase a new mattress set for my guest room and occasionally for our son when he came home from the military. I explained this to the gentleman Steve. I asked for an inexpensive set as it wouldn't get that much usage. He showed me a $199 set, I explained not a cheap set, to that level. However something in a higher quality, just a good price. I did want him to be comfortable when he was here. Steve seemed as if I was bothering him. I found a mattress I might be interested in and asked if he could lay it down so I could lay on it and try it out. He stated "if you want cheap and its not going to be used why do you need to lay on it" I was immediately turned off, how disrespectful! I don't know if its the store or just this gentleman but I definitely would not hire him in my practice. Our bedroom sets average between $3000-$4000 that we have in our home. What a shame, I actually came to purchase and go. Terrible customer service!
