  I was looking to get my ring sized (a christmas gift)after being told by many stores that they could not do it and even after being told by one jeweler that "if they tried to size it, it could loose its diamonds and they couldn't/wouldn't be responsible if that happened". Honestly I was a little upset and frustrated. We went into Lyles where Scott greeted my husband and I, he looked at the ring and said I think I can fix this for you here and if not I'll send it out to be sized. In 5 minutes Scott had my ring sitting on my finger, I was HAPPY!! He was also very knowledgeable about coins he had, my husband and I bought a few things and had a nice conversation with him, he was very kind, professional and down to earth, Lyles has definitely gained some new customers.
